Josh Birk

Senior Director, Developer Evangelism

Also known as the “Godfather of Trailhead” after inventing the prototype, Josh is a game-happy developer evangelist who is known for being the saviour of stray neighborhood cats and a serious connoisseur of the latest console games. Josh has been developing since around the same time Apex could create custom SOAP endpoints. In the past he has been a consultant, a front end developer for a major national retailer, a dotcom survivor and a dabbler in HTML5, Objective-C, Java, C#, PHP, Python and other languages - starting with a PERL script that became part of major insurance company’s first Intranet. He is also the host of the official Salesforce Developer Podcast.


Cori O’Brien

Director, Nonprofit & Commons Community

As the Director of the Nonprofit Community and Commons Community programs at Salesforce, Cori is dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration within the global Salesforce Trailblazer community. With a passion for empowering nonprofits and driving community innovation, Cori has played a pivotal role in supporting and growing the vibrant ecosystem of volunteers within the Nonprofit community. With a 25 year background in Nonprofit technology, including 15 in the Salesforce ecosystem, Cori is 4x certified Administrator and former MVP.



Kayleigh Richards

Senior Director of Solution Engineering for Canada

Kayleigh Richards is the Senior Director of Solution Engineering for Canada at Salesforce, where she leads national teams across a range of industries. With over a decade of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem—spanning roles in sales, solution engineering, leadership, and independent consulting—she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for solving complex business challenges. A dedicated mentor and coach, she has hired and  on-boarded over 100 Salesforce Solution Engineers, from new graduates to seasoned experts. She founded the Women’s Network in Vancouver, and also gives back through pro bono consulting with local non-profits. A lifelong learner and advocate for a growth mindset, Kayleigh is committed to helping others navigate their careers and thrive in the ever-evolving landscape in technology & Salesforce.
